What the plugin does
The Blog2Video plugin adds a panel to the WordPress post editor sidebar. Pick a template and a voice, generate a draft from the post you're writing (or any article URL), and render — all without switching tabs.
How it connects
Connecting uses a short-lived approval code and a revocable site token, approved from your Blog2Video account. WordPress never sees or stores your Blog2Video password, and you can disconnect the site at any time from your account settings.
Publishing the video
Once a render finishes, “Add video to post” drops the video in as a normal Gutenberg block. It publishes with the rest of the post the next time you hit Update — no separate hosting or manual upload step.

Is the plugin free?
Yes. The plugin itself is free to install. Video generation draws on your existing Blog2Video plan and credits, same as the web app.
Does it work with the classic editor?
The plugin panel is built for the block (Gutenberg) editor. Classic-editor sites can still generate and embed videos, but the in-editor sidebar experience targets Gutenberg.
What WordPress version do I need?
WordPress 6.2 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. Your site must be served over HTTPS to complete the account connection.
